Terms

These terms govern the use of this site. They cover what the site is for, how a quotation becomes a confirmed order, what you are responsible for sending us, and who owns what is published here. They do not price a flight: that is the quotation.

What this site is

This site presents the catering operation of AERO GOURMET — what we produce, how we board it, and the airports where we work — and it gives you a way to reach the operations desk. Using it means accepting the terms on this page.

A quotation is not yet a contract

A request sent through the form is a request. The acknowledgement that follows restates what you sent and confirms that we have it; it commits neither side to a supply, and it prices nothing.

A quotation is an offer to supply what it describes, at the price it states, on the terms recorded with it. It becomes a contract when the operations desk confirms the order in writing — and that confirmation, which names the flight, the formats, the counts and the price, is the document to work from.

A price discussed by phone is written up into a quotation before it stands. Production for an uplift starts against a confirmed order, so the confirmation is what puts a flight into the production plan — ask the desk for it if it has not reached you.

Orders, changes and cancellation

Everything about a confirmed order — how a change is taken, what a late change costs, what applies if a flight cancels, how it is invoiced — sits in the commercial terms recorded with that order: a wide-body rotation and a single ad hoc uplift are not the same commitment.

This page fixes none of it. Those terms travel with the confirmation, and the desk sends them before you confirm.

The information you send us

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send: the flight details, the passenger and crew counts, the cabin split, and every dietary or allergen requirement. We produce and label against the information we are given, and a coordinator works from the last written instruction on file.

Where something moves — a slot, a stand, a count, a diet, an aircraft — tell the desk in writing: a change confirmed in writing reaches the kitchen and the ramp crew. You also confirm that you are entitled to pass us the passenger information you send, including a dietary or medical requirement concerning a named passenger.

Intellectual property

The AERO GOURMET name, the logo and its typographic construction, and the text, images, page structure and menu documents published here belong to AERO GOURMET.

Read a page, print it for your own use, link to it: all of that is welcome. Copying text or images onto another site or into a commercial publication needs our written permission. The menu books are published so that you can specify an order against them.

Where responsibility sits

Responsibility for a supply is the responsibility recorded in the terms of the confirmed order. The order carries it, this page does not: a page describes how we operate generally, an order describes one flight.

The content of this site is informational. Figures on capacity, formats, cold chain and station handling describe how the operation works; what applies to your flight is what the quotation and the confirmation state. Decisions about a flight are taken against those two documents rather than against a page.

Availability of the site

The site is served as it stands, and its pages change as the operation does. Maintenance, a deployment or a network condition interrupts a page from time to time, and we give no undertaking of continuous availability.

The operations desk is the path that matters for a flight, and it does not depend on this site being up: orders@aerogourmet.com reaches it.

Changes to these terms

We update this page when the operation or the site changes. The date at the top is the date of the version you are reading, and using the site after a change means accepting the version then published.

A question about any of it goes to orders@aerogourmet.com.
