An operation built for wide-body, not scaled up from a jet galley
Most VIP caterers deliver to the aircraft steps. We operate airside, board directly with a hi-loader, and load a full uplift across three cabins. That is what lets us handle a wide-body when most VIP caterers can’t.
We work regularly on airline catering off base, state flight operations, royal household service and charter rotations. We describe that experience by mission type — never by client. No names, no nations, no dates: discretion is part of the standard.
